5161-23      ENERGY EMPLOYEES OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESS COMPENSATION PAYMENTS

The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Act provides compensation to individuals who develop illnesses as a result of their employment at certain federally owned facilities in which radioactive materials were used.  These payments are exempt.
