5161-10 HEATING AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
Any payments made to or on behalf of a Family Medicaid applicant or recipient by DPA 's Heating Assistance Program are totally disregarded as income, including annual direct cash payments to Family Medicaid recipients. Utility assistance monthly payments made by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to its tenants are not counted as income.
