Prior to July 1, 1997, when Medicaid was still linked to AFDC , the following eligibility categories were available; these eligibility categories are no longer used:
Not Receiving Cash (subtype RC)
Denied Cash (subtype AF continues to be used for
FM
cases)
Cash Payment Suspended or Reduced
