5100-2 AFDC MANUAL.
With Manual Change #24, all relevant AFDC policy is now incorporated into the Medical Assistance Manual. All Family Medicaid financial and nonfinancial eligibility policy is now in this manual. Reference to the AFDC manual is no longer required for administration of Family Medicaid.
The old AFDC manual should be kept for reference to the eligibility requirements for Title IV-E foster care and adoption assistance.
