5220-7 TRANSITIONAL MEDICAID PERIOD ENDS
At the end of the Transitional Medicaid period, the caseworker must explore eligibility for all other potential Medicaid categories. This is done by gathering relevant data available through agency interfaces and from other programs (i.e. Temporary Assistance, Food Stamps, etc.).
