5010            NON-FINANCIAL FACTORS OF ELIGIBILITY

The following factors of eligibility generally apply to all Medicaid categories, including Denali KidCare, unless there is a specific exception provided.

General non-financial factors of eligibility include:

1. U.S. Citizenship and Identity, or Qualified Alien status (Section 5011);
    

2. Alaska Residency (Section 5012);
    

3. Age (Section 5013)
    

4. Social Security Enumeration (Section 5014);
    

5. Assignment of Rights (Section 5015);
    

6. Cooperation with Child Support (Section 5016);
    

7. Development of Income (Section 5018);
