We are making several changes to incorporate new policy, clarify existing policy, and align policies within our program policy manuals. Other changes are either technical in nature or clarifications that are the result of policy questions or suggestions from the field.

400-3 Confidentiality and Disclosure of Information
- Replaced Food Stamps with SNAPSupplemental Nutrition Assistance Progam for consistent terminology
433-4 ABLEAchieving a Better Life Experience Accounts
- Added 2019 Max Allowable Contributions
- Added criteria of additional contributions for certain employed ABLEAchieving a Better Life Experience account holders per Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017
450-2 Living Independently (SSI "A" Living Arrangement)
- Clarified that if a recipient meets one of the conditions in this section, they are considered to be residing in an "A" living arrangement
450-3 Living In Another's Household (SSI "B" Living Arrangement)
- Clarified that if a recipient receives both food and shelter from others living in that household but one of the situations in manual section 450-2 applies, they are considered to be residing in an "A" living arrangement
