This manual change reflects the updated Fair Hearing regulations regarding how a hearing must be requested and includes a link to the Administrative Manual section 117 for this process.
Other changes are either technical in nature or clarifications that are the results of policy questions or suggestions from the field.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES
MS 410- 5 (E) WITHDRAWING AN APPLICATION
Updated language to explain that withdrawals for Medicaid applications must be made in writing.
MS 480-7 FAIR HEARINGS
Added reference to Administrative Manual Section 117 to clarify procedures for requests for Fair Hearings, and that Fair Hearing requests must be made in writing.
Addendum 1 PROGRAM STANDARDS
Corrects a typo in 2012 B1E household
