110-8          ADVANCE PAYMENT

Regular payments are made for the needs of the assistance unit in the month in which payment is delivered.  For example, a regular warrant is mailed on February 27 and delivered on March 1 is normally for needs of the unit during all of March.  This is true even if the income circumstances used to determine the amount of a payment are from some prior month (prior month budgeting).
