110-10        CONTINUING PAYMENTS

Once eligibility has been established and benefits authorized, the recipient is entitled to receive a payment on a regular and continuing basis as long as eligibility exists.  For food stamps and General Relief, eligibility is authorized only during a specific period of time.  (See the program policy manuals for instructions).
