109-4          ACCESS AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION IN CANO Case Notes

There are no system restrictions that limit Division staff and some partner agencies from accessing the CANO Case Notes screen.  This information is also available to clients requesting access to their case or case file.  Refer to Administrative Procedures Manual section 100-3 for further guidance on client’s access to case files and information in CANO.
