482-1        UNDERPAYMENTS

If DPADivision of Public Assistance discovers that an APAAdult Public Assistance recipient has been underpaid by a total of $25 or more during the previous months, it will issue a corrective payment.  If the underpayment in discovered in the current month, the underpayment must be issued regardless of the amount.  However, a corrective payment will not be issued if the underpayment was caused by the recipient's failure, without good cause, to report or to report accurately, a change in circumstances which caused the recipient to be underpaid.
