400           GENERAL INFORMATION

This chapter provides a general overview of the Adult Public Assistance (APAAdult Public Assistance) program. It also sets forth certain procedural requirements that case workers must follow when they determine an individual's eligibility for APAAdult Public Assistance. The APAAdult Public Assistance program is authorized under Alaska Statutes 47.25.430 - 47.25.615 and the Alaska Administrative Code (state regulations) at 7 AAC 40.005 - 40.900.
