400 GENERAL INFORMATION
This chapter provides a general overview of the Adult Public Assistance (APA) program. It also sets forth certain procedural requirements that case workers must follow when they determine an individual's eligibility for APA . The APA program is authorized under Alaska Statutes 47.25.430 - 47.25.615 and the Alaska Administrative Code (state regulations) at 7 AAC 40.005 - 40.900.
