MS 100-4 F CIVIL RIGHTS
- Updated USDA contact information
MS 103-1 THE CASE FILE FOLDER
- Added a section and hyperlinks to resources that address the implementation of the ILINX Electronic Document Management system
- Revised underissuances references to underpayments
MS 108-5 EIS NOTICE LISTING
- Updated EIS notice listing to remove notices that are no longer being used and add new notices
MS 111 PROGRAM LOSSES AND CLAIMS COLLECTIONS
- Added guidance for staff to submit both GEN 95 and APA 5 to Claim Unit for APA claims
MS 111-1 DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF A PROGRAM LOSS
- Added guidance to ensure staff understand that the APA 5 is required in addition to the GEN 95 when processing an APA claim
MS 113-8 FRAUD REFERRALS
- Revised fraud referral information to match the current process
MS 124-3 SSI CHILDREN AND YOUTH
- Removed references to automatic APA eligibility without application as this policy changed April 1, 2020
ENTIRE MANUAL
- Replaced all Field Services Support Unit (FSSU) and Field Services references with Division Operations Support Team (DOST) since the unit was renamed
- Replaced all dpafield@alaska.gov email address references to dpadost@alaska.gov since it was changed
- Updated all references of the Statewide Process Management Guide to the HowWe Guide since the HowWe Guide replaced it
- Updated all HowWe Guide links
