121-2 WHO MAY AUTHORIZE PAYMENTS

All payments will be authorized by a regional manager or a staff member authorized or designated to act in his or her behalf. Designated staff members shall include only persons assigned to positions classified as Eligibility Technicians, Eligibility Supervisors, and other Support Staff.  These are the only persons allowed to determine eligibility, establish the amount of a grant, or authorize payments through EIS Eligibility Information System
