116-14         FAIR HEARINGS

An NFAPNative Family Assistance Program will use its own internal processes to conduct fair hearings.

If a client requests a fair hearing for an NFAPNative Family Assistance Program and other programs, DPADivision of Public Assistance will forward the NFAPNative Family Assistance Program fair hearing request to the appropriate NFAPNative Family Assistance Program organization and pursue the fair hearing request for other programs. Refer to MS 117 for further guidance on fair hearing requests.
