116-14        FAIR HEARINGS

An NFAP Native Family Assistance Program will use its own internal processes to conduct fair hearings.

If a client requests a fair hearing for an NFAP Native Family Assistance Program and other programs, DPA Division of Public Assistance will forward the NFAP Native Family Assistance Program fair hearing request to the appropriate NFAP Native Family Assistance Program organization and pursue the fair hearing request for other programs.  Refer to MS 117 for further guidance on fair hearing requests.
