Penalties and sanctions imposed on DPADivision of Public Assistance or an NFAPNative Family Assistance Program do not transfer between organizations with the exception of IPVIntentional Program Violation (Intentional Program Violation) penalties.

Penalties for job refusal or job-quit disqualification if the applicant quit or refused work without good cause do not transfer between DPADivision of Public Assistance and an NFAPNative Family Assistance Program.

Intentional program violations or fraud disqualifications imposed by an NFAPNative Family Assistance Program continue through the disqualification period set by the NFAPNative Family Assistance Program and vice versa.
