111-6          RESPONDING TO INQUIRIES

The caseworker responds to the individual’s questions about the calculation of the overpayment or the individual’s dispute of the amount or reason for the claim.  For questions about the establishment of a claim, garnishments, or receipt of a payment, inform the individual to contact the Claims Specialist.
