108-1          WHO MAY RECEIVE COPIES OF NOTICES

Copies of notices may be sent to:

• Applicants or recipients,
   

• Authorized representatives,
   

• Legal guardians,
   

• Anyone to whom the client has, in writing, authorized a release of information.

Copies of notices may be sent to agencies or individuals directly involved in the administration of a public assistance program.  For example, cost-of-care notices may be sent to care providers, and copies of PASS II Child Care notices may be sent to Day Care Local Administrators.  Refer to manual section 100-3 for information on confidentiality requirements.
