We have updated the program standards with the new Federal Poverty Levels. Other changes are either technical in nature or clarifications that are the result of policy questions or suggestions from the field.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES

310        APPLICATION PROCESS

• Clarified that another program can only be added to an existing application if the request is received within 30 days of the application filing date.

330-1     INCOME LIMITS

• Updated income limits based on the 2024 FPLFederal Poverty Limits changes that are effective 4/1/24.
