 TANFTemporary Assistance to Needy Families Standards

 

 

Alaska's Need Standards are updated effective January 1st of each year based on the Social Security Administration's cost-of-living-adjustment (COLA) percentage.  The FPLFederal Poverty Limitations standards are updated in the April manual changes based on the Department of Health and Human Services' announcement in the Federal Register early in the calendar year.
