Resources are excluded for MAGIModified Adjusted Gross Income Medicaid. However, if an individual has substantial home equity that exceeds the amount listed in Addendum 1 of the ADLTCAdult Disabled and Long Term Care Manual, the individual will be ineligible for long-term care or home and community based waiver services, regardless of the individual's eligibility category.
