802        Notice Of Decision Required

Written notice of each action taken by an ETEligibility Technician on any MAGIModified Adjusted Gross Income Medicaid related application or MAGIModified Adjusted Gross Income Medicaid related case must be sent to the applicant or recipient. All of these notices must be adequate, but some of them must also be timely. See section 802-1 and section 802-2.
